Silence

Waves knocking at my door
Once again you left the door open
The wind blows the candles off
I’m so hungry, hungry
Eating candies, sour beans
Whil you turn off ‘Billie Jean’
You ain’t the girl I write songs about
And no, I won’t sing the verses I don’t want to sing
The verses every girl wants to hear
The leafs are knocking at my door
I don’t want to talk anymore
The wind is my one and lonely song
And silence is the one I want to learn
Grief could explain much more
Once again you left the door open
I don’t want any ‘sorry’ anymore
I’m so angry, angry
Punchin’ pumpkins, magic beams
Accelerate between the meanings
I try to write songs about
And no, I won’t sing the verses I don’t want to sing
The verses every girl wants to hear
The grief is knocking at my door
I don’t want to listen anymore
Loneliness is my one and only song
And silence is the one I want to learn

The Lake

Far off the shore, I swim until I can’t breathe no more.
It’s been a year since we went to our last funeral.
Far off the shore, I sleep until I cant dream no more.
It's been quite a year...

John Rain (live)

So you walked down the hill with your dress, which still had pins in the fold
Blood drooling on your thighs,
and your smile that would damn the priest from the seminar
You handed me a pear from your orchard
and it tasted like the rain in my throat
I felt dizzy, felt on the floor
I woke up restrained in a barn and drank water handed by the priest,
And it tasted like the rain in my throat
I was dizzy, lookin’ for the door
No, I don’t think you will get back home again
No, I don’t think you will... (feel the rain again)
No, I don’t think you will get back home again
No, I don’t think you will... (feel the rage again)
We used to mate on the hill under the sycamore trees
Your eyes filled with the stars
I never would have thought you were a girl for the priest
In despair I swallowed my blood and it tasted like the rain in my throat
I’ll left this world without a note
No, I don’t think you will get back home again
No, I don’t think you will... (feel the rain again)
No, I don’t think you will get back home again
No, I don’t think you will... (feel the rage again)

UNSTAK France
UNSTAK was meant to be a funk cover band. But the guys had so much fun playing together and so much love for heavy, straight
forward rock song, it didn’t take long before they started to play their own tunes.
The point of their music is to capture complex structures and harmonies with a punk rock energy, jewelry in a metal case. UNSTAK delivers aerial melodies but heavy straight rock riffs.
